A & C Property Services is a woman-owned cleaning company, owned by Becky Arnold. We understand the issues that are faced today. Your workload is increasing while your available time isn’t. Combined, the team has over 50 years of experience that we will bring into your building. We know that each building is unique and how to effectively address those differences. We help you to manage these services so you can remove them from your to-do list. We work as a team with the crews to make sure your needs are communicated. Company History
Why Becky Arnold Started a Cleaning Company
I have worked in the cleaning industry for years. I started at a very young age cleaning up my father’s construction sites. I have been trained by the big national companies. The one thing all my customers said was always the same thing, “Once I buy from you, I don’t ever speak to you again.” That was my largest driving forces in starting my own company. I am a firm believer in strong customer service. Making sure to do what is necessary to make sure my customers feel heard and taken care of.
