A & C Property Services is looking to expand with additional trusted cleaning partners in Wayne, Oakland, Washtenaw, Livingston, Macomb, and Genesee Counties We know the difficulties that you endure working within this industry. We treat our cleaning partners differently. We understand that your success is our success, and our job is to help you be successful If being treated differently is what you want for you and your crew, come talk with us!!!

SOME OF WHAT A & C OFFERS

• No Performance Bond or paying for accounts. We expect you to immediately start making money in an account.
• We find the customers and manage that relationship.
• We make sure you are paid on the 10^th of each month even if we aren’t. We provide direct deposit, so you don’t waste your time coming to get a check.
• We provide an app, free of charge, to help you manage your team. It helps you know when they are logging in to clean. Has the scope for each building As well as a way for you to keep track of inspections. And a few more bells and whistles.
• On the job training. We provide free on the job training for each of your buildings. Because we find that most cleaners are visual learners and learn from seeing instead of reading.

THE IDEAL CLEANING PARTNER IS:

• Self-motivated, driven to succeed and looking to grow,
• Reliable and able to commit to a schedule and level of service,
• Able to supervise your team and ensure the scope of work is performed each visit to our customers’ expectations,
• Looking to independently contract your team (1099) with an industry leader.

YOUR CREW WILL:

• Follow a specific scope of work that will include cleaning of various spaces.
• Clean with approved chemicals and standards.
• Manage the day-to-day details of your crew.
• Provide background checks of your team members.
• Provide quality checks of the building to ensure standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in commercial cleaning
• State Minimum Workman’s Compensation Insurance
• General Liability Insurance
• Positive Commercial References
